to adventurous survival tours in the Amazon forests. Everyone experiences
Suriname in his or her own way. An excellent way to explore particular
areas of Suriname at your own pace is by car.
We provide car rental services. You can rent a car by visiting our
office or make reservations in the Netherlands. The rates of rental
cars vary from € 30.00 per day for a medium-sized car up to € 55.00
per day for a four wheel drive. It is recommended to establish your
route in advance as not all types of cars are suitable for all roads.
If your stay in Suriname is going to be longer than one month, make
sure that you have an international driver's license. They are available
at the ANWB sales offices and will cost you approximately € 12.70.
You need to submit a valid driver's license and a photograph.

to work in the Lotjeshuis for three weeks. This is an orphanage
where children ages 0-5 are being taken care of, because they have been
neglected, undernourished or left behind by their own parents. After
the age of 5, they leave the Lotjeshuis to go to another orphanage
